DMS Group was established in 2002 by brothers, Paul and John Srivorakul, as digital marketing solutions provider under the brand Impaq Interactive. Specializing in ad serving, media sales, and site representation, the company began developing an ad network to assist Thai publishers to increase their advertising revenue. The company’s business expanded greatly in 2004 when it was awarded the exclusive partnership with Microsoft MSN – Thailand’s largest online portal.
In 2005, the company separated into two businesses:
Impaq Interactive realigned its business to exclusively service MSN with media-led digital strategies including sales, marketing, and content development to monetize MSN’s brand with advertisers, agencies and publishers.
New Media Co. Ltd. was established as a full-service digital-marketing solutions provider specialising in planning, creating, measuring and analyzing online-marketing programs for advertisers and agencies seeking to connect with digital audiences.
In 2006, the two business entities and management teams were consolidated under one holding company – DMS Group.
In mid 2006, DMS Group launched Admax Network to serve as Southeast Asia’s leading site representation and digital advertising network with operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Today, Admax Network represents leading local and international digital publishers in Southeast Asia with a network of over 1,200 premier sites offering relevant local media content via online and mobile platforms. The company provides marketers with simple yet effective access to targeted consumers, whilst providing top agencies and publishers the ability to grow their advertising revenue and measure results.
Most recently, Admax Plus has announced a rebrand that will see the company renamed Syndacast with immediate effect. Syndacast is a leading search and social media marketing company, providing a wide range of platforms and services that include digital press release and video syndication, social media marketing, search-engine marketing, online-brand monitoring, and reputation management.
