

Grant Watts
Chief Executive Officer
Grant Watts, CEO, DMS Group, has over 15 years of sales, marketing and general management experience in the media and technology industries in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
From 2005 until 2008, Grant was the General Manager of Microsoft’s MSN and Windows Live businesses across Southeast Asia. He was responsible for meeting the demanding challenges and complex needs of Microsoft’s Windows Live and MSN customers and partners across the region, whilst assisting them to realise their full potential with the use of Microsoft’s portfolio of software solutions.
Prior to his appointment as General Manager, Grant was Sales and Marketing Manager at Microsoft’s MSN operation. During his tenure, he transformed the business from a startup to its current position as a leader in the Southeast Asia online media industry.
Grant began his career in outdoor media and has held a number of executive level positions, including Sales Director for Yahoo Southeast Asia.

Piers Bennett
Chief Financial Officer
Piers Bennett , Chief Financial Officer, DMS Group, has nearly 20 years of finance, management and sales experience in the IT, online and telecommunications industries in Asia, the UK and the United States.
Piers was previously Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at ValueCommerce in Japan, responsible for all international merger and acquisition activity, as well as setting up new business units. Whilst at ValueCommerce, Piers acted as the lead negotiator for two of the company’s most-significant equity investments and led the implementation of a new business division designed to launch a product into a new Japanese market niche.
From 2003 to 2005, Piers was Director of Revenue Management for Looksmart Japan KK, where he was responsible for finance and product development. During his tenure, Piers was instrumental in doubling the sales teams’ revenue. In addition, he negotiated and completed the sale of Looksmart Japan to ValueCommerce.

Anthony Blake
Chief Operating Officer
Tony Blake , Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, DMS Group, has over 20 years of operations, regulatory and management experience in the finance industry across Asia-Pacific and Europe.
Tony joined the DMS Group from UBS Investment Bank in March 2007. During his 19-year career at UBS, Tony served in a number of senior roles. He was appointed Regional COO of UBS’ Asian Equity business in 2000 and was made a Managing Director of the Bank in 2005. In this role he held both operational and regulatory responsibilities across 10 locations in Asia and managed the licensing of new business operations in Korea, Taiwan, India, China, Malaysia and Vietnam. He was Chief Operating Officer of UBS Securities Co. Ltd in Thailand from 1997 to late 1999 and restructured UBS’ local Thai JV into a fully owned subsidiary. Before moving to Asia in 1997, Tony held various roles with UBS in London having joined the firm through SG Warburg in 1988.
Tony has been a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) since 1984 and previously worked for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells in both New Zealand and the U.K.

Gary Reck
Chief Technology Officer
Gary Reck , Chief Technology Officer, DMS Group, brings over 10 years of technological and management experience in both start-up companies in Silicon Valley and established educational institutions such as the University of California, Davis.
Gary is responsible for technology infrastructure for the DMS Group across Southeast Asia. He works closely with the management team to ensure that DMS’s technology strategy supports each business regionally.
Prior to joining Digital Marketing Solutions Asia, Gary operated his own consultancy in California and helped companies set up and maintain their core business technologies.
He received his Masters of Science in Information Systems and Technology from City University, Department of Information Science in London, England.

Paul Srivorakul
Co-Founder, CSO Digital Marketing Solutions
Paul Srivorakul ,Chief Strategy Officer, DMS Group, was the CEO and co-founder of both Impaq Interactive and New Media in 2004. Through his vision and direction, the DMS Group has today grown to be Southeast Asia’s leading online marketing, media and advertisinggroup, with a mature structure comprising three operating companies – ADMAX Network, Impaq Interactive and New Media – in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.
Previously, as CEO of Impaq Interactive, he was instrumental in the design, development and launch of innovative digital marketing services and technologies, leading to the company’s rapid increase in revenues.
An accomplished business development manager, Paul effectively charted the rapid growth of the New Media operations, following its split from Impaq Interactive, by stimulating sales and developing profitable business opportunities.
Prior to founding the DMS Group, Paul was Business Director of the Internet division at Quest Media and Regional Sales Manager for Ask Jeeves. He began his career as a research analyst for Public Private Ventures in the US.
Paul has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology from the University of California, in the US.

John Srivorakul
Co-Founder, Chief Information Officer
John Srivorakul, Chief Information Officer, DMS Group, co-founded the DMS Group under the brand Impaq Interactive with his brother, Paul, and Joseph France, in 2004.
John is responsible for developing the Group’s technology strategy to ensure the business, platforms and processes provide the optimal infrastructure to support current business needs, whilst providing scalability for future expansion.
Previously, he was responsible for the development of Impaq Interactive’s sales and marketing strategies, as well as growing the Microsoft MSN Thailand business.
From 2002 until 2004, John served as Chief Information Officer for Quest Media. During his tenure there, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s IT systems and the company’s overall information management strategy. John began his career at Apple Inc. in the United States in their IT department.

Tiwa York
SVP Marketing & Communications
Tiwa York , Vice President Marketing & Communications, has over 10 years of marketing, sales, technology, product marketing and consulting experience in the IT, medical, professional training and digital advertising industries.
Tiwa was previously the Managing Director of New Media, where he oversaw the growth of the company’s client base and creative and media services. Under his leadership, New Media’s revenue grew by over 600 percent through successful implementation of digital marketing strategies for local and international customers across a wide range of industries – including telecommunications, mobile communications, consumer electronics, FMCG, finance, automotive, entertainment, software, and travel.
Prior to joining DMS Group, Tiwa was a product manager responsible for interactive channel and Internet application development at Medicalogic/Medscape (now part of GE Medical Systems and WebMD, respectively).
Nick Clayton
Angel Investor, Chairman
Nick Clayton, Board Director, DMS Group, is an entrepreneur and angel investor with over 30 years of management, finance and professional advisory experience in a variety of industries in Asia and the UK.
Nick has an interest in developing small- to medium-sized businesses prior to public listing. He is the non-executive Chairman and shareholder for two travel businesses and a retail barter exchange franchise, as well as the owner of a mountain-trek/fitness retreat and health spa.
He was previously Managing Director for Asian Hotels Ltd, where he successfully developed the business so that the owners exited with a 300+ per cent investment gain in just 15 months. Prior to this, Nick was Managing Director for MCL Clayton Ltd, Thailand – the investment consultancy business he founded in 1988.
Nick began his career in finance and has held management positions at both Bank America Trust and N.M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd.
He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cambridge University in the UK, and has enrolled in MBA courses at both INSEAD, France, and Harvard University in the US.

Joseph France
Co-Founder, Director
Joseph France,EVP Head of Media, ADMAX Network, co-founded the DMS Group under the brand Impaq Interactive with Paul and John Srivorakul in 2004.
Joseph has over 10 years of Asia Pacific sales and marketing experience. Prior to founding the DMS Group, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Systemgo Corporation in Japan, responsible for sales, marketing, business development and account management. He began his career in media sales with MJS Marketing (Digital TV) in New Zealand.
Joseph has a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from Otago University in New Zealand. He also studied the Japanese language as a Research Scholar at Otaru University in Japan.

Michael Gale
President and CEO Gramercy Venture Advisors, Inc.
Michael Gale ,Michael Gale, Board Director, DMS Group, has over 20 years of business, investment and managerial experience in the Asia-Pacific, US and UK markets.
In 2001, Michael co-founded Gramercy Venture Advisors, a boutique investment bank focusing on the technology industry and digital media sustainability. As CEO of Gramercy Venture Advisors, he has established the company as a leading venture capital firm and investment bank – building business models, value chains and cross-industry partnerships on a global scale.
In 1996, Michael founded Double Impact in the US and served as its CEO until 2001, when it was sold to a Swiss investment bank. Whist at Double Impact, he grew the company from a startup to a firm of 35 professionals across the US and the UK, with cash revenues of US$10 million per year, and an equity pipeline that created US$35 million of equities from an investment of US$4 million in a three-year period.
Prior to founding Double Impact, Michael worked as an investment manager and Managing Director of several companies; he developed a chain of bookstores; and he operated his own retail food business.
Michael sits on the board of a number of technology companies in Asia, Australia, and the US.

Hoang B. Nguyen

Hoang B. Nguyen , Board Director, DMS Group serves as one of the company’s key investment partners.
Henry co-founded IDG Ventures Vietnam in 2004, where he is currently Managing Director. The company is an early-stage venture-capital firm that enables entrepreneurs to grow innovative global companies. With US$100 million under management, the firm is focused on investing in high-potential, high-growth companies in the technology, media and telecom sectors. IDG Ventures Vietnam is affiliated with the IDG Ventures network of funds, a global network of independently managed funds valued at over US$2 billion.
Prior to joining IDG Ventures, Henry held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and was the co-founder a number of companies, including VITC Telecommunications, Vine Quality Hospitality Group, S2S Medical Publishing, and Medschool.com.
He serves on the board of a number of organisations including the Vietnam Strategic Venture Network, iSphere Software, Punch Entertainment, DreamViet, Vega Technology Group, and VinaPay. Previously, Henry was a Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
Henry has a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management in the US.

Timothy Taylor
Angel Investor, Director
Timothy Taylor , Timothy Taylor, Board Director, DMS Group, has over 10 years of finance experience in Asia and Europe. He joined the DMS Group in 2005 as a Board Director and significant shareholder, serving as interim CFO for the DMS Group between 2005 and 2007.
Timothy provides investment support and advice to private companies, in addition to managing his own portfolio of investments. From 1996 until 2004, Timothy was Head of Thai Equities at UBS Investment Bank in Thailand. During his tenure with UBS, he also led Pan-Asian country research teams in Hong Kong and Japanese equity research teams in Tokyo. Leading industry publication, Institutional Investor, ranked the resulting equity research surveys as the best in the industry.
Prior to his career at UBS, Timothy worked as an institutional fund manager for Asian equities at Scottish Equitable (now Aegon) in Scotland, and as a research analyst at MCL Clayton, a specialist Thai equities stockbrokage, based in Bangkok, Thailand.
He has a BSc. in Economics from the University of South Hampton, England.
